Welcome to Geeksplan365. By accessing or using our website, booking a service, or engaging in any transactions with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our services.
1. Definitions “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to Geeksplan365, its owners, affiliates, employees, and representatives, operating from University Drive Suite 201E, Coral Springs, Florida 33071. “Customer”, “You”, or “Your” refers to any individual or entity requesting or receiving services from Geeksplan365. “Service” refers to repair, diagnostics, consultation, data recovery, setup, or any technical work performed by Geeksplan365. “Device” means any item brought in or submitted for repair, including but not limited to phones, tablets, laptops, and PCs.
2. Acceptance of Terms By submitting your device for service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. You confirm that you are the legal owner of the Device or have obtained explicit permission from the legal owner to authorize the repair.
3. Service Description and Authorization 3.1. Services are performed based on the issue reported by the Customer. Any unreported issues are not the responsibility of the Company unless discovered during diagnostics and communicated to the Customer for authorization prior to proceeding with additional work. 3.2. Diagnostics are performed at the Customer’s request and may be subject to a non-refundable fee, which will be communicated upfront. This fee may be waived if the Customer proceeds with the recommended repair service. 3.3. You authorize Geeksplan365 to perform the necessary diagnostic and repair services on your Device. This authorization includes, but is not limited to, opening the Device, replacing parts, and accessing the Device’s internal components. 3.4. While we aim for same-day or fast turnaround, repair times may vary based on parts availability, issue complexity, technician workload, or other unforeseen circumstances. Estimated repair times are not guaranteed. 3.5. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current contact and device information during booking or drop-off. Failure to do so may result in delays or an inability to complete the service.
4. Payment Terms 4.1. All service charges, including parts and labor, must be paid in full before the return of any Device. 4.2. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, e-transfers, and cash (as available). All payments are processed securely. 4.3. Quoted prices for repairs are estimates and may include or exclude parts, as specified in the quote. Any changes to the estimated cost due to unforeseen issues, part price fluctuations, or additional labor required will be communicated to the Customer for approval before proceeding with the repair. 4.4. Deposits may be required for specific repairs, particularly those involving expensive, custom-ordered, or non-stock parts. Such deposits are typically non-refundable if the Customer cancels the service after the parts have been ordered.
5. Warranty and Liability 5.1. Repair Warranty: Repairs come with a 30-day warranty under the Essential Repair Package and a 90-day warranty under the Complete Care Package, commencing from the date of Device return. This warranty covers only the specific parts replaced and the labor performed for the original reported issue. 5.2. Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does NOT cover: a. Accidental damage (e.g., drops, liquid spills). b. Damage due to further misuse, abuse, or neglect after the repair. c. Tampering with the Device or attempts to self-repair after our service. d. Software-related issues, virus infections, or operating system problems. e. New issues unrelated to the original repair. f. Any damage caused by third-party repairs or alterations. g. Devices that have been opened or serviced by anyone other than Geeksplan365 after our repair. 5.3. Data Loss: Geeksplan365 is not responsible for any data loss, data corruption, or software issues that may occur before, during, or after the repair process. Customers are strongly advised to back up all data on their Device prior to submitting it for service. 5.4. Hardware Failure: Geeksplan365 is not responsible for any hardware failure that may occur during repair, especially on Devices with existing damage, pre-existing conditions, or signs of prior repair. While we take every precaution, some Devices may have underlying issues that are only exposed during the repair process. 5.5. Pre-Existing Conditions: Geeksplan365 is not liable for any damages or malfunctions arising from pre-existing conditions not disclosed by the Customer or not discoverable during initial diagnostics. 5.6. Uncollected Devices: Devices not collected by the Customer within thirty (30) days after service completion and notification will be considered abandoned. Geeksplan365 reserves the right to recycle or dispose of such Devices to recover costs associated with parts, labor, and storage. Every reasonable effort will be made to contact the Customer before disposal.
6. Data and Privacy 6.1. Data Backup Recommendation: We strongly recommend that you back up all data on your Device before submitting it for service. We are not responsible for any loss of data, programs, or settings. 6.2. Data Access: Geeksplan365 does not access, copy, or browse customer data stored on the Device unless explicitly necessary for the requested service (e.g., during data recovery services, operating system diagnostics, or at your explicit request). Our technicians are trained to respect your privacy and will only access data to the extent required to perform the authorized service. 6.3. Confidentiality: All personal information collected is protected under our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law. 6.4. 7. Parts and Repairs 7.1. Part Quality: We endeavor to use high-quality OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) equivalent or aftermarket parts. Exact match with original manufacturer parts cannot always be guaranteed unless specifically stated or requested and available. 7.2. Aesthetic Variations: In rare cases, certain replacement parts may slightly differ in appearance or minor function (e.g., color shade, button feel) but will meet quality and compatibility standards for the repair. 7.3. Customer-Supplied Parts: Customer-supplied parts may be used at their own risk. Geeksplan365 does not warranty the quality, functionality, or compatibility of third-party or customer-provided components, nor does our repair warranty cover any issues arising from the use of such parts. Labor charges for installing customer-supplied parts are non-refundable.
8. Limitation of Liability 8.1. Indirect Damages: Under no circumstances shall Geeksplan365 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, arising from device malfunction, delays in service, or service issues, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if Geeksplan365 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 8.2. Maximum Liability: Geeksplan365’s maximum liability to the Customer for any and all claims arising out of or related to the services provided shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific service rendered to the Device in question.
9. Cancellations and Refunds 9.1. Service Cancellation: Cancellations of scheduled services must be made at least twelve (12) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. 9.2. Diagnostic Fees: Diagnostic fees are non-refundable once the diagnostic service has commenced. 9.3. Labor Fees: Labor fees are non-refundable once the repair service has begun and work has been performed. 9.4. Refunds: Refunds are only provided when a repair fails due to a fault in our parts or workmanship within the applicable warranty period and cannot be resolved through a re-repair or part replacement by Geeksplan365. Refunds will be limited to the cost of the repair.
10. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or Device for any reason, including but not limited to: safety concerns, suspected illegal activity, abusive or disrespectful behavior, devices showing signs of extreme neglect or damage making repair impractical or unsafe, or where a repair is deemed beyond our capabilities or would compromise the integrity of the Device.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the services provided shall be exclusively resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
12. Changes to Terms These Terms and Conditions may be updated, amended, or modified by Geeksplan365 at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or at our service location. Continued use of our services or website constitutes your acceptance of any such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically.
